About Xocolate & Confections

Xocolate & Confections features our award-winning Berkeley-made bonbons and bars, alongside world class delicacies like Italian giandujas, Nordic salty licorice, Peruvian craft chocolate, Turkish halva, Mexican chamoy lollipops, Japanese lychee candies, and California artisan gummy bears. We also sell candy-inspired jewelry and vintage glass candy dishes. With lush window displays and visual merchandising by Frances Fernandez, this light-filled, colorful candy store is a dreamworld for lovers of high quality sweets. The Xocolate Bar, our tiny factory store on Solano Avenue is on social @xocolatebar. We continue to make our products there so that Rockridge can focus on the retail shopping experience. BTW, Xocolate is pronounced shocolate, like the Aztec word Xocolatl. This is a nod to owner Malena Lopez-Maggi's Latin American heritage.
