About Vibra Hospital of Sacramento
At Vibra Hospital of Sacramento, we take an aggressive approach to treating complex medical conditions. Unlike a traditional hospital, which usually discharges patients in under a week, we are designed to treat patients for the long term. We take patients who have been referred to us from hospitals, physicians, insurance companies, case managers, and former patients. By focusing on a targeted group of patients, we do not have the same influx of patients that a hospital does and can afford to continue a person's care for as long as necessary. The goal of long term acute care is to help people overcome functional disabilities, manage pain, and live a comfortable, more independent lifestyle. A major problem in the medical field is the number of patients who are readmitted to hospitals for the same issue over and over again. We are committed to ending this epidemic by standing by our patients until we are confident they can live on their own without difficulty.
