Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd., USA ("UMTB USA") is a U.S. domestic branch of a foreign financial institution, our parent Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd. Mizrahi Tefahot Bank Ltd. is one of Israel's largest banks and operates through hundreds of branches in Israel and two branches abroad in the UK and the USA. UMTB USA is a federally insured institution regulated by the California DFPI and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). We opened our doors in 1981 and for over four decades we have served the business community by offering a variety of banking products and services to meet their banking needs. UMTB USA's office is located in the Downtown Los Angeles Financial District. Our business reach is nationwide, offering banking services to commercial customers all across the USA. Mizrahi Tefahot Ltd. was established in 1923, its controlling shareholders are the Ofer and Wertheim Group with the remainder owned by the public and listed on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
