About Twisted Roots

We are a small farm located in the Sierra Mountains at Lake Davis, CA. We grow high quality gourmet mushrooms (Shiitake, Morel, Chestnut, Lion's Mane), Hot Peppers (Serrano, Cayenne, Ghost, Carolina Reaper), as well as Red Russian Garlic. We are a sustainable farm. We grow all of our produce with only organic seed and soil. All waste is composted or fed to our animals. We take pride in providing our community with fresh, organic grown, local produce.
