About Transformational Healing

I have over 10 years of experience helping people feel their best using acupuncture, bodywork, herbs and nutrition. For clients who wish to explore the somatic realm of psycho-spiritual healing, where inner wisdom and confidence rest beneath layers of shame, blame, guilt and fear in the body, I offer sessions integrating breathwork, acupuncture, and trauma informed coaching. Prior to becoming a licensed acupuncturist, my own healing journey led me to a life in theatre and martial arts, which taught me how to work with energy and find strength in vulnerability. My life's purpose is to help humanity thrive by awakening and empowering heart-centered consciousness, courage and creativity.
