"Change is giving up who we are to become who we are meant to be." We all face challenges in life which can feel overwhelming. During these stressful times, we may not be able to clearly see our options because of our own stress level, emotional pain, and confusion over what is best. In therapy, I can help you by providing a compassionate, safe, non-judgmental space to express your deepest thoughts and feelings. Together we will explore your options and I will be there to support and empower you as you make positive changes. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, or a Jungian Oriented Approach, I assist clients to successfully overcome and cope with anxiety, depression, separation/divorce, assertiveness, self-esteem issues, and unhealthy relationship patterns. I specialize in treating emotional and psychological trauma resulting from sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse and recovery from childhood neglect and abuse.
