Our all-master's-level clinical team maintains a 6:1 client-to-clinician ratio, ensuring individual therapy at least twice weekly. Our approach integrates evidence based therapies like CBT, EMDR, and DBT with experiential modalities including infrared sauna, salt therapy, nutrition support, and more.
