About Taberna de Arcadia

While the main focus will be in-house smoked meats and vegetables, we will also incorporate vertical rotisserie "al pastor style" items. We want to evoke the sense memories associated with those amazing BBQ experiences we have had in the past while trying to more directly focus on Arizona and what we truly believe the flavor profiles of this great state should highlight. Taberna de Arcadia is a local spot with smoked and rotisserie meats with an Arizona twist and a focus on local wood flavors like citrus, pecan, and mesquite. The meats are rubbed and smoked beautifully in an on-site smoker by our culinary craftsman lead by Chef Blaise Biller who has a passion for creating dishes with an emphasis on succulent and flavorful meats and vegetables. Our culinary approach embraces the simplest, most honest ingredients available with as much local product as possible.
