Who we are and What makes TLT- Tomorrow's Leaders Today, Inc. Different? We are a leadership program that puts the focus on careers and real-life soft skills. Inside every young person, there is a leader. TLT- Tomorrow's Leaders Today, Inc. takes each 8th grade-Junior College participant's career path/goals in mind while developing leadership qualities and skills. Engagement with business, civic and community leaders, in the careers of the participant's choice, in the session they are attending, is made more meaningful by bringing them all together. Class facilitator selection, mentors, retreats, internships and community service projects foster these relationships. The participant learns how to be a leader in any career they choose. Adults 55+ and Veterans also have the opportunity to take mentoring and leadership sessions to then put these skills into practice right away allowing them to become better engaged with the community.
