At Shanti Recovery and Wellness, we are a locally owned psychiatric treatment center in Portland, Oregon specializing in addiction, mental health, & dual diagnosis care since 2014. Our psychiatry-first approach means every treatment plan is built around a thorough evaluation & tailored to the individual. We treat co-occurring disorders together, combining medication management, therapy, & psychiatric oversight in a single coordinated plan. Services include adult & adolescent psychiatry, medication-assisted treatment, Suboxone treatment, & TMS therapy. Both in-person & telehealth options are available. Every provider is Oregon-based with deep roots in the Portland community. Our care is nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, and LGBTQ+ affirming.
