About Quebedeaux's Boudin & Cracklins

We serve DAILY plate lunch specials created by Chef John Valenzuela . He and his wife Leslie have worked hard to create a business based on GREAT food and in a Cajun setting. Quebedeaux's earned its reputation by serving GREAT authentic Creole Cajun food and in part from being one of the first to sell Boudin and Cracklin king cakes. They are available year-round not just during Mardi Gras. Chef John Valenzuela learned to create such recipes from scratch from the best. He worked alongside internationally-known chef Paul Prudhomme for many years.
