About PLASTIC SOLUTIONS INC.

PSI has been making high-quality plastic parts since 1991. Our 90,000 square foot facility is conveniently located in the Midwest industrial hub of South Bend, Indiana. While most of our customers are automotive, we make parts for a wide variety of applications ranging from industrial to consumer. Having received our first ISO / QS9000 certification in 1997 our Quality Systems are well established and ingrained into our culture. This is evident throughout our company and noted during third-party and customer audits. PSI rates in the top 5% of MAPP (Manufacturers Association for Plastic Processors) benchmarked companies for internal and customer PPM. We consistently receive 100% performance ratings from our customers. We rigorously and continually measure all areas of our performance and use these measurements and external audit feedback to fine-tune our processes and eliminate waste, increase throughput, reduce cost and enhance flexibility.
