Helping Clients heal trauma, alleviate anxiety, and find their center, without years of talk therapy. Though some clients are new to therapy, many clients come having done years of talk therapy and are delighted to find how quickly Brainspotting and EMDR help them gain relief and desensitize their traumas, allowing them to move forward in their lives in a healthy and productive way, free from the distress of their painful experiences from the past. Not only do Brainspotting and EMDR help process old traumas, they also can help clients reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, remove triggers and improve relationships. Helping clients get relief from worry, low self esteem, depression, or challenges in relationships, parenting or work.
