About Natural Health & Wellness

Our goal is to help you understand your body and how to most effectively take care of it given the challenges in our lives today. We use gentle chiropractic, that has no twisting of the neck or low back. We take our time with you to listen and make certain that you have been heard and that your aches and pains have been addressed before you leave the office. Our specialty is perinatal care, supporting mothers around Southern Illinois with chiropractic care to support moms in having the best pregnancy experience possible.
