I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Utah operating in downtown Logan, Utah. I have been in practice since 2002 and have worked 10 years with adolescents and their families in residential treatment programs and the last 7+ years I have been in Private practice. My expertise is marriage counseling using Cognitive Behavioral approach that focuses on communication, conflict resolution, repair of attachment injuries within the relationship, increasing emotional and physical connection, improving the intimate relationship and parenting help. I have also worked 10+ years with adolescents and their parents. I also treat depression and anxiety disorders and assist individuals looking to find direction and purpose in their lives.
