I, Daniel Esh Jr, owner, have worked for other firms for 6 years, having experience as job foreman in residential framing, roofing, stucco remediation, decks, and most other residential exterior work as well some interior. On the framing crew I learned the technique of structural framing and the requirements. The stucco remediation project experience has taught the importance of proper flashing and correct installation, and I have seen strengths and weaknesses of both the proper and improper flashing jobs as we remediated on the projects.
