Dr. Maribel Gonzalez, for the past 20 years, has helped teens and adults who struggle to manage their emotions develop the skills they need to feel calmer, confident and connected- so they can start to enjoy life again. She's compassionate yet passionate about her work and will work as hard as her clients to help them move forward in their journey towards transformation. Depending on unique client's needs- we offer individual therapy only or a combination of individual and group therapy. Treatment is offered in Spanish and English and focused mainly on helping clients learn to deal with stress, effectively manage their thoughts & emotions and maintain healthy relationships. Dr. Gonzalez is one of only 14 DBT- Certified Clinicians in FL.
