About Knoxville Comprehensive Breast Center | Solis Mammography

Knoxville Breast Center | Solis Mammography was the first independent breast center of its kind in Tennessee when it was founded in 1983 by Kamilia F. Kozlowski, M.D. To this day, it remains one of the few nationwide. We have always strived to deliver cost-effective, high-quality breast health care in a woman-friendly environment. In 1997, we became Knoxville Comprehensive Breast Center. The new name reflected our expansion from screening and diagnostic specialties into an all-encompassing treatment center. We formed a multidisciplinary team including breast surgeons, medical oncologists, breast pathologists, and more to better serve our patients’ unique needs.
