About Knights of the Holy Eucharist

Founded by Mother Angelica in 1998, the Knights of the Holy Eucharist is a community of Franciscan brothers dedicated to adoring Jesus our Eucharistic Lord. Our first apostolate was to serve the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament in Hanceville, Alabama. We now continue the heart of that mission in the Diocese of Lincoln, Nebraska, assisting the bishop and his priests in the formation of youth, retreats, vocational discernment, and the noble “lift” of humble labor where it is needed--perfected by the “lift” our Eucharistic Lord gives us.
