Kioto Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu South Shore is a family-run BJJ academy in Oakdale, NY, led by three-time world champion Professor Milton Regis and black belt Professor Melissa Regis. We teach real Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to students of every age and level, from first-timers to competitors. Our programs include adult BJJ, kids and teen classes, a women's program, and self-defense, all in a welcoming, respectful academy where beginners feel at home.
