Dr. Jeff Geschwind earned his Medical Degree from Boston University School of Medicine, completed his residency training in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of California at San Francisco as a Resident-Scholar sponsored by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and carried out his fellowship training in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is the former Director of the Division of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Chairman of Radiology and Biomedical Imaging at Yale School of Medicine. Jeff Geschwind, MD Clinician/scientist capable of understanding both the world of patient care and high-level clinical research. Principal investigator of over 40 clinical trials during my tenure at Johns Hopkins and Yale, most investigator-initiated trials focusing on new imaging technology, devices, drugs and translation from bench to the clinic. Interventional radiologist specialized in oncology an expert in cancer drugs and devices. As a result, I have witnessed successes and failures, clinical trials that have led to FDA approval and some that directly ended a product. Founder of a start-up venture out of Johns Hopkins for a drug that targets the metabolism of tumors.
