JH3 Construction LLC is a family owned and operated business, which was established in early 2002. We are a marine construction company, serving mainly Lake Cypress Springs and Lake Bob Sandlin. We have the capabilities and the manpower to accomplish any task, large or small, whether it be land or water. Our main objectives are custom built boat houses and wall installations. We have machinery available (pile drivers) to drive boat house pilings an average of 5 feet or more into the lake bed floor. We also have a flat barge for dredging and back filling retaining walls from the lake. We have the knowledge, experience, and equipment to meet your needs.
