Integrative Nutrition & Healing specializes in healing the gut and improving the overall nutrition profile of clients. Our goal is to improve our patient's longterm health and bring them to their optimum weight while following nutrient-dense diet protocols, recommended by the Institute of Functional Medicine. The focus of functional nutrition is on patient-centered care, promoting health as a positive vitality, beyond just the absence of disease. We use gut health testing, nutrient evaluation, and food intolerance testing as and when needed. Using these tests helps us identify the underlying causes of health issues, and allows us to address them effectively. We spend time with our patients, listening to their histories and looking at the interactions among genetic, environmental, and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health and complex, chronic disease.
