Health First Urgent Care has been serving the Charleston Community since 2011. We are located at 1115 Savannah Hwy, next to Starbucks at Whole Food. Our center is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Feel free to walk in, no appointment is necessary, but we do recommend Saving Your Spot Online and E-Registering to reduce time in the waiting room. Our center accepts all major insurance and has affordable self-pay options. We look forward to helping you Get Better. Faster!
