When studios became less accessible, we started offering free yoga sessions at local beaches and parks. It didn't matter if anyone showed up; we just wanted to give and practice. But soon, dozens of people started attending, and now hundreds join our beach and park yoga sessions and sound bath experiences. We strive to provide a high-quality yoga experience accessible to all levels, infused with deep spiritual symbolism and the magic of Gong and Crystal Bowl sound baths. With 37 years of yoga experience, we aim to build a heart-connected community where new friendships are made. Beyond local gatherings, we offer yoga retreats both locally and internationally.
