She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Rockhurst University (Kansas City) after completing her studies in the selective Pre-Medical Scholars Program. She earned her medical degree at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. After serving an internship year at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center (St. Louis), she completed her dermatology residency at Saint Louis University, serving as Chief Resident in her final year. She continued her formal medical training by completing a Mohs surgery fellowship (Laser & Dermatologic Surgery Center, Creve Coeur/St. Louis).
