East Coast Academy of Dog Training Inc. was established in 1994. Rob Hirsch is the owner and trainer. Since 1989 Rob has been teaching families and their dogs to coexist. Dogs of any age, starting at 8 weeks and older, are taught humanly. There are no choke devices and no pain is involved in the training process. The program teaches obedience responses as well as techniques and procedures to control problem behaviors: Housebreaking, Jumping, Mouthing, Stealing, Destructiveness and more. Rob first teaches the dog to pay attention and respond consistently and then the family learns to communicate with their dog. Everyone is encouraged to participate.The lessons take place at the owners' location. Some lessons are given away from home; at a public location of the owners' choice. The training program is efficient. It usually takes 4 or 5 visits to complete and starts with a free evaluation to estimate how many visits it will take depending on what is needed.The # to call now. 410-580-2007.
