Located on Belt Line Road, our butcher shop specializes in fresh, custom cuts of meat, handmade sausage, Texas Wagyu Beef, Heritage Pork, Picanha, venison, pork belly, charcuterie, specialty goods, and more. We work hard to source the best meats from local farms that share our dedication to responsible animal husbandry and wholesome, sustainable practices.
