About Cocke County Distillery

We use organic Hickory Cane Corn in our mash. This corn has a high sugar content and imparts a very smooth and naturally sweet flavor into our Tennessee Sour Mash. We will be the smoothest corn liquor you will ever try. Our Tennessee Charred Liquor is aged for 10 months in Hungarian oak wine barrels for a smooth finish. We also have our honey charred that is blended with pure mountain honey to add just a good touch of sweet. All of our fruit flavored liquor is made with 100% percent corn liquor and 100% fruit juice, no artificial flavors or coloring. We offer free tasting and a tour of our distillery, we sale our products and t shirts on our retail side. Come out and try some today.
