Going into real estate was a natural fit for me. Seeing that spending time with my family and doing the things I love with them, like being outside and fishing, I could easily relate to helping people find their family home in the beautiful state of Idaho. I have experienced a lot of joy in being a REALTOR since 2004 but I have to say the best part is helping people's dreams come true. There is nothing like seeing the smile and excitement on a family's face as they are handed the keys to their new home. I'm also a FEMA housing inspector and help disaster victims during a major disaster like the hurricanes that hit Texas and Puerto Rico in 2017. This requires very detailed organization which relates straight back to real estate. Being very detailed oriented I stay on top of all phases of the transaction and keep my clients informed all the way.
