Established in 2005, we are a locally owned optometry office providing comprehensive eye care for the whole family and all ages. Drs. Berger, Kiyota, and Koditek provide primary care, emergency care, pediatric care, dry eye treatment, surgical co-management (cataract, LASIK), eyeglass and contact lens prescriptions, scleral lens fittings, and more. If it’s eye-related, we can help! Our move in 2019 allowed us to create a spacious, comfortable office with the latest technology and Northern Colorado’s largest frame selection.
