Veteran Family Owned and Operated. Opened March 8, 1980 on S. Hwy 92, As International Spas with Jack La Lanne presiding over the Grand Opening.; In 1987 we dropped our franchise and re-opened as Buena Health Fitness Center (BHFC). with another location in Yuma where they hosted Sylvester Stallone during the filming of Rambo III.- Henry "Hank" Diaz Is The Owner Operator (now 87 years of age) also known as the "Incredible Hank" holds 7 INBA Natural World Body-Building titles.-BHFC is now located on the very west-end of Sierra Vista. next to Fort Huachuca. In 1996 Danny Diaz selected to be the Strike Coach for Don"The Predator" Frye, and won the last greatest tournament of the original UFC! BHFC is now a Registered USA Boxing 501c3 location.
