About Beehive Barbell Club

WELCOME TO THE BEEHIVE The BEEHIVE is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. We will teach you functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting. We also offer Endurance Training, Russian Kettlebell and our USAW Certified Olympic Lifting Barbell Club. Please come in and speak with one of our coaches. You'll fall in love with the gym as soon as you step foot inside. Beginners CAN do this. Ask about our FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM
