Bare Necessities Spa + MedSpa has been Houston's go-to esthetician-owned spa since 2011, and we've never once taken shortcuts. Located in Greenway Plaza, our Upper Kirby location offers everything from Brazilian waxing (for men too) and customized facials to massage, organic spray tanning, and a full medical spa. Our medspa services include Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, Restylane fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, SkinPen microneedling, LaseMD Ultra laser resurfacing, NAD+ therapy, vitamin B12 injections, and medically supervised GLP-1 weight loss.
