Bambu Desserts and Drinks started as a small Vietnamese Chè, Coffee & Teas Shoppe in San Jose, California. The word quickly spread across the U.S. of Bambu's incredibly fresh, nutritious and colorful Chè, unique milk teas, bold Vietnamese espressos & blended coffees, and exotic fruit smoothies & juices individually prepared and served with an energetic smile. Besides the fact, that Bambu's Chè is both dairy & gluten free, 14 of the ingredients are prepared daily in each Shoppe's kitchen from cutting dozens of young coconuts to capture the fresh coconut water and meat to preparing a fresh batch of one-of-a-kind Pandan Jelly and Red Tapioca about every 90 minutes. Even though the Bambu core menu is comprised of over 90 drinks, what Bambū's thousands of loyal customers enjoy the most is each Shoppe's unique atmosphere and that they can personalize their drink "Just the Way You Love It". There are literally thousands of refreshing, healthy and enjoyable dessert drink combinations.
