BBQ Outfitters began in 1998 when Bob Carroll opened an 800 sq ft BBQ Grill Store in Rollingwood, Texas. 24 years later, BBQ Outfitters has two 5,000+ square foot stores located in West Austin and San Antonio that include indoor and outdoor showrooms. BBQ Outfitters specializes in grills, smokers, custom outdoor kitchens, grilling accessories, fireplaces and pits, outdoor furniture & more. We have grown into the largest Big Green Egg and Weber grill store in Texas and we're a top performer across the nation with DCS, Alfresco, Twin Eagles, Traeger, AOG/Firemagic, Blaze, Saber, Napoleon, and Kamado Joe. In 2021, Layne and Kristin Mayfield bought BBQ Outfitters and continue to strive for excellence serving their valued customers and maintaining a culture that provides for the most talented and hardworking individuals to thrive.
