About Alexandra Osteopilates
Alexandra is an internationally recognized, osteopath who holds to Andrew T.S (the founder of osteopathy) strong philosophy that the body has self-healing mechanism. She is also a Pilates teacher, taught by Joseph Pilates' protege Romana Kryzanowska. Alexandra has been treating and teaching with a combine experience of over 20 years. She combined osteopathy and pilates in her clinic/studio in East Grand Rapids. My passion is health and empowering people to be the strongest version of themselves. Alexandra studied Sport Science at Durham University in the UK. She credits Pilates with helping her to get back into great shape after three successful pregnancies and now keeping up with her three children! #ClassicalPilates #osteotherapy
