I’ve been struggling with anxiety for years and kept getting brushed off for years with quick visit and generic advice I felt lil. In Focus first was completely different from the start! From the first appointment, Jessica took time to really listen, ran a very through ADHD assessment, and explained the results in a way that finally made sense. She explained the neuroscience behind adhd in a way that wasn’t talking down to me. The plan we created together has made such a huge difference in my work and home life bc honestly they had been both at their breaking point. I see them at their Carmel office and sometimes by telehealth and both options have been super easy to schedule and very professional! The space she creates is calm, Cheryl is always kind and makes scheduling a breeze. If you’re an adult in the Indianapolis area trying to figure out if ADHD is part of what you might be dealing with this I would 100% the first place I’d recommend! 10 stars if if I could!
