I am a mental health professional in the field for over 30 years and I often refer teens to outpatient and residential programs. I have sent many clients to Key Healthcare Adolescent Outpatient in Los Angeles, CA and find it to provide outstanding care to my clients and families. I have to write to express how outstanding my client and his family were treated at this location. From the first phone call with admissions to the staff's dedication and constant communication with the young 16 year old boy and his parents and with myself I knew he was getting well. He had several very complicated symptoms and had been in another outpatient program where he did not feel listened to or cared for, and he in fact felt the experience was unhelpful. The Key Healthcare Adolescent Outpatient team worked with him until he wanted to commit to changes that he did need to make in order to get and stay healthy. The staff provided expert care and after discharge he is hopeful and has the right plan to go forward. I am grateful, the client is grateful and his parents are extremely grateful for the care both they and their son received. Our daughter was in several different facilities in California (residential and outpatient) and Key Healthcare Adolescent Outpatient was the best fit for us and where we found true results that have launched her into adulthood.
