Juan R. P. provided excellent service. He was polite, professional, and very thorough while servicing our furnace. He takes pride in his work and represented the company extremely well. We’re very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

The folks at the company are lovely, responsive, and helpful. The new furnace shut off after 5 days. However, Michael came on the weekend to diagnose the problem. Gave us an extra space heater. Susie gave us her home phone to check in. On Monday, the computer board was replaced, and it has been working fine ever since. Michael called to check in. A cold 3 days, but a very good experience with Smart heating.

Well at first I thought who are these guys right so I talk to couple then seam to know there stuff then bame! Here comes this kid saying he was the boss ok. Let's put it this way all three of theses guy are way to cool and pretty awsome. Now the owners come the house after said and all finished up I'm like who these people the owners huh came to my mom's house to sorry for mistake they made huh! Who does that ok. Best people you ever can meet nice and on top of it bought her some flower! Ok smart is the way to go. Love u guys.
